Provisioning & refund policy
Provisioning
Access details are sent to the email address given at checkout within 24 hours of payment on working days; plans with dedicated hardware may take up to three working days. If nothing has arrived after that time, check your spam folder and then write to hello@thebillboys.pl quoting the reference shown on your order page.
Term
Every plan and add-on runs for twelve months from the day access details are sent. Nothing renews automatically; we email a renewal offer about a month before the end.
Before provisioning starts
Until access details have been sent, you can cancel any order for a full refund. Email us with your order reference; the refund is made by the payment provider to the original payment method within 14 days.
After provisioning (consumers)
At checkout you expressly ask us to start providing the service before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. If you withdraw within those 14 days after provisioning has started, we refund the price less the proportion for the days already provided (art. 35 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). After 14 days the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies.
After provisioning (businesses)
Business orders are for a fixed twelve-month term and are not refundable once provisioned, except where the service does not conform to its description (see below). We do, however, allow a switch to a higher plan at any time, with the amount already paid credited in full.
Service that does not work
If the environment does not match the plan description, is unreachable through our fault, or a feature listed on the plan page is missing, that is a conformity issue, not a withdrawal: we repair it, and refund the affected period if we cannot. Write to us and we respond within 14 days.
